Inventory
The Inventory page allows you to manage your phone numbers and phone hardware.
All inventory tasks are performed from the Inventory page. To display this page, click the Inventory icon on the menu bar. The following page has two tabs:
Phone Numbers: allows you to filter, edit, and export phone numbers.
Phone Hardware: allows you to filter, add, edit, and export information about phone hardware.
Editing Phone Numbers
To edit the treatment of each phone number, select the pencil icon to the right of the phone number.
Treatment
Available Number: an unassigned telephone number
User: routes to a specified user
Fax: routes to a fax number
Conference: routes to a conference bridge specified
Call Queue: routes to a specified call queue
Voicemail: routes to the specified user’s voicemail box
Auto Attendant: routes to a specified auto attendant
Managing Phone Hardware
To manage the phone hardware that is part of your phone system, select the Phone Hardware sub-tab in the Inventory section of the admin portal. All phone hardware will populate in this pane.
The information available in this pane includes, MAC address, make/model, extension associated with the device, server, public IP address, among other details.
Due to the sensitivity of this section, if changes are required, it is highly recommended that system admins first discuss with our support team for device and button changes until you feel comfortable making these changes on your own.
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
