Reporting
Reporting or 'Call history' allows you to review, filter, and export call logs for greater analysis.
In the top pane, select the Reporting tab in order to populate all phone calls (inbound, outbound, missed) to your domain. A display will populate that includes the most recent calls to your phone system with detailed information including From Name, From Phone Number, From User (if internal), To User (if internal), QOS score, Dialed Number, To Number, Date, Duration, among other variables.
To filter the calls, select the Filters button in the top left hand side of the call history pane.
To filter the call history for events that you're interested in, select the Filters button in the top left hand side of the call history pane.
Filters
Date Range: Select the From and To dates for the events you want to view. The maximum From-To range is 31 days.
User: Enter the name or extension you want to view.
Caller: Enter the caller number you want to view.
Dialed Number: Enter the dialed number you want to view.
Call Type: Enter the type of call you want to view. Choices are:

Inbound

Outbound
-
Missed
The call history section allows for system administrators to export and download the call history. Simply select the Export button in the top right of the pane.
Call history allows for a 'Cradle to Grave' view of each phone call. Cradle to grave refers to all of the call legs involved in the phone call, start to finish.
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
