Block Numbers
To block a phone number within the user portal, select answering rules from the top panel.
Navigate to the button along the right side that reads allow/block.
Within the blocked numbers section, enter the full ten digit number that you would like to block from calling your extension. Once entered, select the + button.
Once the number populates in the bottom section, select done to complete the task.
