Call Forwarding
To configure Call Forwarding, navigate to the 'Answering Rules' icon.
Select the pencil icon on the right.
Select the call forwarding option that you would like to configure i.e. always, on active (while on a call), when busy (while on do not disturb), when unanswered or when all devices are offline.
Once selected, choose where you would like to forward the calls. You could forward calls to an internal user, extension or device and you can forward calls to an external phone number by entering the full 10-digits. Select save once completed.
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
