Forgot Username or Password
If you have forgotten your username or password to the PBX portal, you may reset it by selecting the 'Forgot Login Name' or 'Forgot Password' link. This has been found by navigating to our portal at pbx.recentcom.com
Depending on the option selected, the system will ask basic information in order to recover your credentials.
Change Password & Voicemail PIN
The password to the PBX portal can be managed in the 'Profile' section of the portal. This section can be somewhat hidden in the top right corner.
Once profile is selected, the profile edit box will populate. Under the 'Change Account Security' settings you may change your portal password as well and your voicemail passcode. Select save once finished.
