New Users
During installation of your new phone system, users will receive a 'Welcome Email' from our syste,. This Welcome Email will include a 'Complete Setup' button.
When the complete setup button is selected, you will be taken to our PBX portal in order to create your password and voicemail PIN. Please note, the complete setup button expires in (24) hours for security purposes.
If you select the complete setup button after the (24) hour expiration period, you will receive the message below when you are taken to our portal. If you would like a new Welcome Email to be sent, select 'Are you a new user?'
If you select 'Are you a new user?' you will be taken to the screen below prompting for your email address. Once you select 'Send' and an email address exists in our system, it will automatically resend the Welcome Email allowing you to complete setup.
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
