To configure the amount of time in which your devices will ring before going to voicemail or following the unanswered option, navigate to the 'Answering Rules' icon.
Within the answering rules, change the settings where it states 'Ring for X seconds' to however long you would like your device or devices to ring before going to voicemail or following the unanswered option.
Once updated, simply click out of the box for the changes to apply. A message at the top of the portal will display indicating the change is now in production.
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
