Simultaneous Ring
To configure another device or external number to ring simultaneously with your desk phone, first navigate to Answering Rules,
Select the pencil icon on the right.
Next, towards the bottom of the 'Edit Answering Rules' section, select the Simultaneous Ring options that you would like to enable. Select Save.
The simultaneous ring has now been configured. When this user's extension is dialing, the external number of (215) 555-1234 will ring simultaneously.
