Reporting
To run a report or filter for specific calls within the user portal, select Reporting from the top panel. Note, user reporting is call details for your extension only.
The initial results will display your most recent calls. The report will provide (from left to right) call direction, phone number, caller ID, date, duration, and other details applicable to the call. You may also export this information to a CSV file.
To filter the results or find additional call information, select the Filters button on the left hand side.
Select the desired fields to display. Options include expanding the date/time range (up to 90 days), filtering by Caller or Dialed Number, and selecting the Call Type (Inbound, Outbound or Missed).
We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
