Voicemail Greeting
To manage your voicemail greeting(s), navigate to the 'Messages' icon.
Then, select the 'Settings' sub-tab.
Once in 'Settings', scroll down to Voicemail Greeting and select the pencil icon.
Enter a Greeting Name* and choose a method** for managing the greeting.
*You may have multiple voicemail greetings i.e. vacation, out of office, etc. Name your greetings accordingly to easily switch between them.
**The RECORD option is our recommended method for recording. When selecting this option, you may enter your cell phone number and the system will call you to record the greeting. Please follow the prompts.
Once recorded, the screen will change to the image below. Select DONE.
After the greeting has been recorded, it will display it in the ‘Greetings’ section.
You may now repeat this process for any addtional voicemail greetings required.
