Login Methods

Call Center Agents will have one of two login options available. These options relate to which device(s) they use to login in to the call center and their queues.
Option 1 - User Login

If your system is configured with a Login Method of 'User', when you go ONLINE in the call center, the system will follow your active answering rules and ring the device or devices that are configured to ring.
Option 2 - Device Login

If your system is configured with a Login Method of 'Device or Phone', when you go ONLINE in the call center, the system will ring ONLY the device selected.


We're happy with the new service and options we've gotten through the upgrade from our prior service provider and the service team is responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them!
