Call Transcription
To access your call transcriptions or generate summaries of those calls, navigate to the Reporting section and locate your call.

Note: User Rights of Office Manager is required to view the call transcriptions and summaries.


Options to the right of your call detail include the ability to transcribe the call shown by the T/S.

When you select the transcription and summarization button, two additional buttons will populate. Select one of these buttons to generate either the transcription or the summary.

The generated summary and full transcription of the call will populate, enabling a 'copy' function to easily put this in to a CRM or database for proper record keeping. BEST PRACTICE: be sure to review and edit your transcriptions for accuracy purposes.

Note - call recording, a premium feature, is required in order to generate call transcriptions and summaries.
